Namery is a free tool that suggests available domain names. This page explains what data it handles and the terms of use. In plain language: there are no accounts, nothing is sold, and we keep as little as possible.

What Namery handles
The business description you type — sent to Anthropic (Claude) to generate name ideas.
The candidate domains — sent to Cloudflare to look up availability and pricing.
Your IP address — used briefly to rate-limit requests and prevent abuse.
A functional cookie (pn_cid) — a random per-browser ID used only for rate limiting.
Cloudflare Turnstile runs to tell humans from bots and may set its own functional cookie.
Who processes it
Anthropic — generates names from your description (privacy policy).
What we don't do — no accounts, no advertising or cross-site tracking, and we don't sell your data. We don't keep a database of your inputs; requests may appear transiently in standard server logs.
The cookies above are strictly necessary (rate limiting and bot protection), so no consent banner is required.
Terms
Namery is provided free and "as is", without warranty of any kind.
Name suggestions are AI-generated. We don't guarantee a name is free of trademarks or other rights — do your own trademark and legal checks before registering or using a name.
Domain availability and prices come from Cloudflare Registrar, are shown in USD, are point-in-time, and may change — confirm when you register. Namery doesn't register domains for you.
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for losses arising from use of the tool.
